Angel Face

Ingredients

Makes 1

  • 1 ounces gin
  • 1 ounces apricot brandy
  • 1 ounces Calvados

Garnish: apple slice or orange peel

Assembly

  1. Add gin, apricot brandy, and Calvados to a chilled mixing glass
  2. Stir until chilled
  3. Strain into a chilled coup
  4. Garnish with an apple wedge or an orange peel
